Reduce your weight in your home

Hey friends are you trying to loose your weight for a long time but still you are not able to reduce your weight it's happening because you don't know the right way to reduce your weight.

So let's know
1.Do yoga every day for 30 minutes .yoga will not only reduce your weight but also it helps you to maintain your body well.

What to do before starting yoga 
* Do yoga at open place
* Do yoga with empty belly 
* Do yoga when you are free . (without any tension)

2. After morning and evening food go for walk.

3. Do pranayam 
It is more useful yoga to reduce your fat
* Do this yoga for 10 minutes.


Don't be lazy ,if you want to fit for long time then do yoga every day and take balance diet.
