Be careful in this lokdown

Hey friends, how are you ?
I hope you all are fine. As we know that it is a critical situation to stay at home But keep in your mind that we are more powerful than corana virus.

So don't panic 
Here we need to focus on some important things
1. Keep yourself physically fit.
2.  Keep yourself mentally fit.
3. Boost your immune system.

* It is important to keep yourself fit .  Do pranayam every day to keep your lungs clean . It will also help you to gain maximum oxyzen .  
 

* It is one of the most important to keep your self mentally fit . If you not keep yourself mentally fit then there is no benefit of doing physical exercise. Stress can be more harmful which will effect first your mind and then effect your body.
So avoid useless thinking. Don't watch TV for long time if you want then watch comedy shows.

* To boost your immune system include in your food vitamin A and vitamin c as per your requirement.

Taking care of love ones is necessary in this lockdown rather than treating as a unknown person if someone is suffering from Corona virus then stay far but give him/her belief that you are with them .
