As we know that how much our health is important now a days. people are busy in their lifestyle and they are are not getting Time to keep maintain their health.sometimes because of work pressure they hardly take any rest, which is must for their body. Many people does not get time because of busy schedule.
So there is no need to take tension, I will tell you how you can maintain your body just in 10 minutes.

Before I will talk about it's benefits, I will tell you when you should do this yoga.you can do this yoga without doing any yoga or else you should do this yoga after completing all other yoga asana , it's mean at the end of completing all yoga. You don't have time to do yoga so for instance rest you can do this yoga.

So let's know the steps of shavasana.
1.lie on floor with relaxing your mind. Don't think at that time about anything. separate your legs like above image.
2. Close your eyes while doing this yoga, and breathe deeply and slowly through the nostrils.
3. Then think about your all parts of body that you are giving relax to that part.
4. You can do this for 3-5 minutes but for more you can do this yoga for 10 minutes as well.
